Fitness Connection is located in the Parksville Industrial Park at 1222 Industrial Way.

 

We designed and built a 10,000 square foot facility just for fitness. The building has a built in air exchanger ensuring fresh clean air as well as separate saunas for men and ladies.

 

We have the largest most complete fitness facility on central Vancouver Island, with a full line of cardiovascular equipment that includes Stairmasters, lifecycles, cross trainers, treadmills, rowing machines and stationary bikes

 

While you are doing your cardiovascular exercise you may choose to use our Cardio Theatre. Cardio Theatre allows the user to tune into one of four TV's through your personal headphones. Cardio vascular exercise was never so easy!

 

We also have the largest most complete line of free weights and Apex weight training equipment available locally.
